This week has been busy, I haven't had time to post or even take very good photos….here are some random snaps taken over the course of a week and a half or so…

These are my favorite jeans in the world! They're patched vintage Levi's…got them on eBay!

Striped tee from UO, the usual bangles, borrowed Ray Bans

Beautiful Dries sandals from last spring-Dries shoes are soooo comfy.

Miu Miu bag…I've had these voodoo dolls attached to them for a REALLY long time.

Someone mentioned in a comment that my newly darker hair had seemed to have gotten lighter-it totally has! Every time I try to make my hair darker, it just goes right back to blonde after a few washes. Sigh. Maybe I'll just dye it next time. This is how dark it was initially. :(

I always steal my mom's silver…looks good with this vintage leafy belt too.

Dries van Noten buckle sling backs-like I said, you can't beat Dries for comfort. I wear these *all* the time.

Random shot taken in front of the souffle restaurant Rise earlier this week…I love very full skirts! They make you feel very feminine, even lady-like…which probably doesn't fit my personality, but it sure looks good.
The skirt is Jelly Garcia, purchased in Tokyo. Lace body is from Topshop and the shoes are some amazing Alaias I snagged at an outlet two years ago.
Hope everyone has a great week!
xo Jane

I really like the skirt in the last image, has a real 50’s vintage feel. And once again, I am completely jealous of your shoe collection..
I was thinking, it must be kind of strange getting so many comments, ’cause I guess it means you don’t have time to reply to anyone. You seem really interesting, and even without your blog being popular I would still be a huge fan! Don’t get me wrong, your blog totally deserves to be really big as the pictures and clothes are amazing. It just would’ve been nice to chat to someone like you, as you seem really interesting, haha.
A question, what is your favourite pair of shoes or ever? Or is this question too hard to answer? I think it would be if I had a collection like yours.. :)

Hi Jane! I love the the dries van notens! They are so pretty ! :) I was also wondering how you did your hair in the first picture. I have been trying to get those relaxed waves and I can’t do it myself.
Every outfit is so effortlessly chic. I especially adore the full skirt, and I’m sure Dries loves you for the kind words!
I love your outfits soooo much…maybe because its something that I would wear…I have way too many striped shirts, also love your shoes!!
Hey Jane. Can you maybe give us some good vintage stores to try online? I live in Utah and I am pretty sure the polygamist look is not the vintage am looking for.
I love the last outfit and the heels in the first!
i love drie van noten shoes, it’s very awesome and unique shoes
i wish i could get it >.<
I love your accessories! My gosh, and btw, I think your hair is really pretty even if it isn’t the colour you want it!
Dear Jane,
Congrats for your blog.
You become a fashion icon, at every post you have the right look, with the right accessories. What would you like to do when you are older? I’m asking this question because you are so young (but extremely talented! of course)! In my opinion, after school, come to europe and go to St Martin school (London) or Studio Berçot (Paris). It will help you to become a great fashion editor, if you’re interested in…
Anyway, it’s alway a pleasure for me to pick a look here every week, like I do on FaceHunter, Garance Doré or thesartorialist’ blogs.
Bye
Bruno
I’m so jealous of your jewelry collection :) And that Dries sandals!! GORGEOUS!!
XO
http://stylecrumbs.blogspot.com/
what season is that miu miu bag from?? i love all your outfits. so elegant.
http://forwhomthebeltolls.blogspot.com
Love all the casual looks Jane, You simply cannot beat heels and jeans! I love seeing your Miu Miu I had the brown and white one but it just got too worn out, the leather was so soft, I guess I loved it too much!
http://fashionpearlsofwisdom.blogspot.com/
I love these – cool to see you wearing jeans and rocking them. Looking at these lovely pictures reminds me that I need a hair appointment, a pedicure and to replace my curling irons!
Those patched vintage levis are gorgeous and love the miu miu bag! I had the same problem with my hair when I tried to dye it darker..dye doesnt stay in hair that well when its been bleached but what I did was I would dye it once every 3 weeks and after about 3 or 4 months it stopped fading.
xxx
What’s that sheer pinstriped champaigne dress you were wearing on that photo with that studded belt? It reminds me of Imelda Marcos, probably because of the butterfly sleeves. And surely, passion for shoes make both of you very similar. I wonder what Imelda would say here in the philippines.
just can’t help it but i have to comment..
i really like your shirt-and-jeans outfit! it’s just so celebrity-ish out in the street or in broad day light.hehe.. the shoes you paired it with, top it all off! love it!
i’m regular visitor really and i just love looking into your photos. if given with the lifestyle you have, i would have done the same thing..keep it coming jane!c;

http://wizzystyle.blogspot.com/
I love everything you wear. And i mean EVERYTHING! I use your blog as my fashion bible! I look to you to inspire me in my own clothes. I actually have a question for you, Im taking a vacation to California. And visiting the San Diego area. Any shops around there that are a definite for me to check out? Thanks. :)
Love the Levi’s patched jeans and love the Dries sandals!!!
We have had those same Dries sandals, but in a different color in our store in Boston. It’s called The Closet (high end consignment) and we always have loads of Dries, Yohji, Ann, etc so be sure to stop in if you are ever in Boston, think you’d be in heaven.
oh the leave belt is utterly amazing. that whole look is.
love your style! totally purchasing your boots at UO!
This blog is great; I love how you get your clothes from a wide variety of sources. It’s great that you “dress up” everyday and are always wearing heels (and fabulous ones at that!)
your blonde hair is really pretty but I think the darker hair suits your style a little better. Love the clothes especially the leaf belt.
I cannot tell you how much these outfits have inspired me. They always do but these for some reason especially. Thank you so much.

GOD :O I love your style! wish I could live in another country than Sweden. Sure, we have nice clothes but not in my small town! What do english people think abt us swedish people? do u have some prejudices? love to hear from u :)
your style and the shoes are amazing
Such amazing outfits! I especially like the last one.
Justine
you look great:)
ive spent all day checking out your lovely blog – its so fun!! and i appreciate your very unique style :) would love to see a documentary/movie about how you and your mom became such daring fashionistas :) best!
Will you ever have a contest where someone can win a pair of shoes?
Love the jeans outfit and the “large trousers” one ; ) More Simple than the other ones but… More beautiful and efficient : )
XxX
Dear Jane, the originality of your “personal style” has gone missing. The content of your “sea of shoes”are the most obvious trend buys any “fashionista” with a budget like yours(or your parents’) could put together with ease by flipping through the pages of American Vogue. You were simply blessed with a larger expense account than most people in general, and even more so than the people with a real interest in fashion and the real personal style develops from not being able to buy shoes or whatever straight off the runway. I challenge you to put together your outfits without brand names, shoes included, for seven days.
Cheers
I’m impressed that you are able to walk in stilettos. If I try it feels like a work out trying to balance my weight, worse than classical ballet dancing with point shoes. How do you manage to walk in thin heels??
I especially love the grey tank and roomy black pant outfit…that belt is amazing!
Your pictures are always so beautiful and artful. How did you learn that? Also you must tell us your beauty secrets to great hair!
Thanks a bunch!

needless to say you look amazing and have some great taste! :)
too bad the buckle slingbacks don’t look like they are quite your size – but that doesn’t really matter in the bigger picture I suppose :)
I love your style and find it very inspirational!
Hi!

you know, dries should have you in an ad campaign, esp for their shoes ^_~
i could see that working…
Wonderful outfits! The shoes and full skirt are so pretty! :)
jane
i love the vintage levis you and your mom always wear! you should do a post on what styles of vintage levis are the most stylish. there are tons of styles, and some of them may or may not turn out to be hideous when you put them on. i always want to order them on ebay but am never sure which style to go with. i have some vintage 501s that are pretty great.
xoxo!
oh. my. god.
I ADORE aLL YOUR SHOESSSSS!!!
your Dires sandales… OMG, what a beauty!!!!!!
i have to agree that dries shoes are very comfortable.
i live with my grandma and we argue over who gets to wear them.
she can get defensive. haha.
Very fun outfits! I love how they’re all put together.
I love how you attached dolls to the purse your pictures turn out amazing.
<3
Oh I loved this post! I think these are probably the best looks I’ve seen on you :))!!
I love the first pair of Dries Van Noten shoes, so fabulous! One of my friends is actually Dries’ cousin, it’s unbelievable how talented the entire Van Noten family is.
Wow .. I abseloutely LOVE the skirt and the combination with the top is very nice!
haha I love what you said about wearing full skirts! For my 18th birthday somebody asked me if I was going to get a tattoo and when I said “I hope so!” My mom said “Lady’s don’t get tattoos!”, so I immediately responded “Who said I was a lady??” I love wearing uber-feminine clothing with lots of ruffles and bows, but then putting on super edgy accessories so I feel more like myself. It always reminds me of the lyrics “She’s a lady and lady’s shouldn’t be messed with”.
presh!! and Rise is delish too! One of my fave places in big d!!
Um miss janeeee.
Is that a pamela love eagle claw necklace????
:]
perchance?
Love the black roomy pants! Who are they by??
Just wondering anyone know who made the t-shirt jane is wearing?
thankx.
I love Doc Martens because This special footwear has uniqueness because of its air-cushioned sole
I decided to take a look at your older posts, and I have to say, you have the most gorgeous hair ever. How do you get your hair to be this flawless! Do you curl your hair for it to look how it does in your pictures?
Seeing the blog should leave some comments, I think that is a polite to blog host, and thank you for sharing!
