That shoe is similar to SS07 Stella McCartney.
I actually tried on this exact same shoe in Navy about 2 years ago now. I found them at the Nordstrom Rack for a measly $80….& I let them go. I am not a girl much into Navy but I am now forever kicking myself in the ass. Sigh……..
