TWO OUTFITS//one day

Fashion
Dec 13, 200880 Comments

Because I change clothes a lot!!!
How many times do people normally change in one day? I'm pretty sure I change more than the average person.
I change clothes about three times per day.
Because how else can you spread the love
 to everything in your closet??

A Hussein Chalayn jacket
*the deal with this jacket was, I would share my Ann Sofie Back sweater with my mom if she shared her Hussein Chalayan jacket with me…sweet deal right??*
Kill City jeans
Dries van Noten strappy sandals (!!!)
Bag found at thrift store

A sweater by Tulsa desginer Terasa Fadem with enormous sleeves
A nylon transparent CDG skirt
Martin Margiela sandal booties

Do you change often because you have different things to do/places to go? I’ve never felt compelled to change for no reason unless I was “trying” outfits to see how they looked. Having said that if I AM going somewhere I wear about 15 different outfits before I eventually leave the house!

Hmm, two outfits isn’t a lot… I usually wear something dressy for work and something casual at home. You should do a special on looking dressed up but your age at the same time– when I buy work clothes I always end up looking like I came out of my mother’s closet. Which, I don’t even need to say it, is not even close to as cool as *your* mother’s closet. At 25 I’m always trying to strike a balance between professional and funky. :)

I don’t like the Kill City Jeans. I think the first outfit would be cuter with a pair of simple skinnys rather than something so trendy — especially when the rest of the outfit its so amazing. The jeans just take away from it.
Also, I like the top and the skirt on the second outfit but not together. It’s just too much!
How do you walk in heels all day long, everyday? Don’t your feet hurt? Don’t you ever just want to wear sneakers or flats, jeans, and a hoodie? Or, dare I say it, sweat pants?

I get dressed in the morning, change into loungewear in the afternoon (shorts and a t-shirt with slippers my grandma made for me), and change into pajamas. If it’s not a school night I come home and change into a different pair of pants if I wasn’t wearing ones I can wear on my bed (I HATE wearing jeans when I’m on my bed- no idea why), and then change if I’m going out later.
What do your pajamas look like? Are you as chic with your sleepwear? Haha. I adore you!

Okay, I love the sweater. Can you only buy Terasa Fadem in Tulsa? Because I never ever go to Tulsa (I’m sure it’s a lovely place, but I tend to avoid the middle, it’s an extreme aversion to being landlocked). I tried googling her name with little help by way of “buy here.” Please let me know as I am feeling particularly covetous. Or actually, let me know too the cost bracket as I’m a broke little fashionista in a very expensive city (San Francisco), with a not fantastically paying job. K thanks. You have great style.

i have a hard time changing out of my pajamas or robe on most days (if it’s hot outside i have a hard time convincing myself to wear any clothes as i’d much rather just lay around naked). in fact, if i don’t plan on leaving the house i wear pjs all day & on the days that i do leave the house i only change out of my pjs at the very last minute. the only time i change my outfit more than once a day is on days when i work & then go out with friends because the clothes i wear to work are very boring & they get super hair-y (i don’t even cut hair, i’m just the receptionist at a hair salon).
