Today I got an email from Monica of The Mo & Minikille Dressing. She did this virtual drawing of me, isn't it cool? Do look at her blog-she posts drawings like these of her great outfits everyday.
Thanks Monica!

I rarely remember to bring my camera with me when I go out-but I was glad that I did, because today I met Ted Kessel. He is a film maker from Texas but has been traveling the world for a long time. I believe his film company is Source Antes productions. In total he was wearing three watches.
What incredible style-I was so glad I could take his picture-thanks, Ted!
We are having the most amazing weather lately here in Dallas-the sunlight was so pretty when I went out to lunch/shop with my mom and my sister Carol that I had to bring my camera.
We shared a heaping plate of vegetarian sushi at Reikyu in Mockingbird Station. I am still stuffed-it was so tasty.
Carol wears a BCBG jacket with Madewell boots-my mom wears her Givenchy booties with Current & Elliot jeans, and other things too various to elaborate on.
I wear Kill City marbled jeans, Emanuel Ungaro branch heels, and a Junya Watanabe jacket

I wanted to ask a quick question to New York readers:
where are your favorite cafes and favorite stores?
I will be going to New York this Thanksgiving break and I am sooo excited to go!
Today while I was at school my mom and my grandma made this jacket out of a pair of jeans.
It's still in the works: the end goal is for it to be more rock & roll/folky rather than crafty.
Pretty amazing denim engineering going on here!
This jacket from the i-D spread I recently posted was their inspiration:
Sea of Shoes has been denim crazy lately, huh?
I'll give you guys an update when the jacket is tweaked to perfection: if it goes well you might be able to purchase one from my mom's website when it launches!

Today I'm wearing a pair of vintage jeans that I drew on with markers a really long time ago-like when I was 12 maybe…I wore them all summer in Mexico, wearing them reminds me of then!
Worn with an American Apparel tank top, silver, gold and coral bracelets, a scarf from Urban Outfitters, and Emanuel Ungaro strappy 'branch' sandals-my first time to debut them on the blog :)
(Sash loves to be photographed, haha)
I adore these shoes! They aren't as uncomfortable as you might imagine-but they are quite steep and walking up stairs is tricky.
I'm going to go watch the polls at my dad's house! :)
