I have been looking forward to posting this amazing hot pink Louis Feraud jacket/scarf combo. So fun!! That pink print is to die for. These are the kind of pieces I’m really excited about right now, inspires me to get out some old favorites!

I’m really hung up on the combination of silk scarves and vintage boucle lately. I’ve amassed a tiny collection from years of vintage scavenging but this particular maroon jacket was a recent find. I’ve taken a life-long stance against the color maroon and certain shades of “murple” (too funeral homey) but this stands as an exception to my rule. The paisley silk scarf is Ralph Lauren, I was thrilled to find it to go with this jacket! They make a very cute couple. It is nice to have a polished scarf/jacket pairing to rely on in your wardrobe!

I tried on these Madewell jeans on a whim and ended up totally falling in love with the fit and rise. It is so hard to find the perfect dark rinse denim! I wore them every day for a week and then went back to buy another pair. My mom and sis bought a pair too. We’re obsessed!

This stunning skirt was recently found by mom at a flea market near her house. She texted me a picture of it and said she was grabbing it for me. Thank you mom! This piece is one of the prettiest things I have ever owned. The skirt is a little bit damaged but I’m going to wear it till it’s dying days. It has this incredible tulle petticoat attached to it. I’m wearing it vintage 1950s cashmere cardigan, Dolce and Gabbana earrings, and Oscar de la Renta pumps.

I think by now I have blogged many times about my lifelong addiction to collecting vintage Adolfo. I’m very excited to have added this new piece to my collection recently! It has a matching skirt that is too big for me, I will probably have it taken in so I can wear it. I love Adolfo’s full skirt suit sets! I have been having fun wearing the jacket on its own this week. When I get a piece that I’m excited about, I will wear it for a week straight. That’s what I’m doing with this jacket right now! While we’re on Adolfo, I wore an amazing 80s Adolfo piece to Ralph Lauren during NYFW, I’d been dying to bust that jacket out. I don’t have pierced ears so I started picking up vintage clip-on earrings from the thrift store lately. This pair is a major favorite right now, so 80s!
