I feel like I’ve been so slow on posting lately, I’m juggling a million projects and this week has been a blur. After weeks of miserable rain here in Dallas the sun has decided to show it’s face! These pictures were taken this very afternoon. Now I am finally sitting down and unwinding with a nice cold Boulevardier for the first time in a long time. Ahh. I have my man by my side, a little guy named Jimmy if you haven’t met him. Jimmy came to work with me this weekend while shooting a project, I got this picture of him looking extra adorable.

Shout out to the chihuahua Instagram crew ;) I love the boots I have on today, they are the Rag & Bone for Hunter boots ! Also wearing Rag & Bone sweater, pleated miniskirt, Barneys scarf, and Elizabeth & James bag.

I’m so excited to host a party for one of my favorite shoes of all time! Stuart Weitzman is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their iconic 5050 boot. As the years have gone by, I keep coming back to revisit the shoes from Chloe’s fall 2008 collection. It took them a while to grow on me, but it has slowly built up to an all-out obsession. My collection is started–I snagged these beauties off of eBay a few months back. The fact that they are harder to find now makes the chase that much more thrilling. These shoes have withstood the test of time, and now they’re one of my favorite moments in shoe history!

While we were in Austin we stayed at the Driskill hotel, which is supposedly haunted. I was terrified the entire time that I would encounter a ghost. I had a supernatural encounter at a haunted hotel a few months back that made me a believer! Luckily I did not. I did  share an elevator ride with Maya Rudolph while I was there however. Ultimate celebrity encounter for me.
