Picked up this pajama-style blouse at Zara the other day. Easy dressing for a busy week! I just got to New York yesterday and I think this will be my uniform.

Worn with Maison Scotch skinny jeans, Manolo Blahnik BB pumps, Loeffler Randall 'Rider' bag, YSL sunglasses (similar here), vintage belt, vintage Whiting and Davis snake bracelet

TWO WHEEL LIFE

I just got a bike this weekend and I am having so much fun on it. I figure since I don't drive, I better make my bike extra amazing. After all, I'm going to want to ride with dogs and need a place to carry a bottle of wine when I ride to my friends' places. There are so many cute bike accessory stores, I'm obsessed!

Y3BJ1U-MilanoThis is my bike, I believe it's a Bianchi Milano. Such a pretty color!

File_84_271I got this 2012 Olympic edition Brooks saddle. It is so beautiful but good lord I am sore after my first few days of riding. Gotta break it in.

BikebageI am in love with the bike store Adeline Adeline. This Carradice of Nelson pannier bag is stunning. You can attach it to the handle bars or rear rack of your bike.

Untitled-1
I have been carrying the Loeffler Randall 'Rider' bag everyday for a while now, and now it can live up to it's full purpose! It has buckled straps in the back so you can attach it to your bike. Beauty and function.

This cage covered front-riding dog basket is going to be perfect for my little boy Jimmy. He likes to have lunch with me and I know he wouldn't want to miss out!

Very excited to be a member of the two-wheels club! I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more of my bike on the blog.

WEARING MY DREAM SHOES

Wearing Hudson jeans and Clover Canyon blazer (c/o), Meredith Wendell duffel bag, Oscar de La Renta shoes, vintage Aerosmith tee and Kelly Wearstler for Of a Kind cuff

I posted about these Oscar de la Renta shoes many months ago. They were at the top of my wishlist and as soon as I could I ordered a pair of my own. Unfortunately the shoes ran extremely small and a size 39 turned out to be more of a 37.5. It broke my heart into a million pieces but I had to return them. Lucky for me, they popped up on the Outnet not too long ago! I got my right size and it was 60% off, yeah!

Well, that is my happy story for the week. Hope you guys have had a relaxing weekend!

GOOD AS GOLD

I have some super exciting news to share this morning! I have been lucky
enough to be a tiny part of Zac Posen and Joe Mangianello's exciting
commercial shoot for the new Magnum Gold ice cream bars. Last month I
flew to LA and got to be in the film alongside my friends Shea and
Karla. The shoot was exhilarating, I will share some behind the scenes
pics soon. Don't just watch it for hunky Joe, Zac Posen designed a
stunning 24k gold dress for the film! You will get to see when the full
length version is released at the Tribeca Film Festival next week. I'll
keep you guys posted!

This post is sponsored by MAGNUM Ice Cream. All thoughts and content are my own.

Blue Skies
Can you believe that sky? The white sands made it seem even more blue than it was. This was shot when we were in Marfa. So breathtaking, I miss it so much there! We have not seen the sun in what feels like weeks here in Dallas. The jacket I am wearing is from Junya Watanabe's fall 2006 collection, one of my favorite collections ever.

Wearing a 60s pailette sequin tank top, skirt from Rugby (similar here),  Dries Van Noten ankle boots from this fall, and 40s bakelite bracelets

I fell so hard for these boots when I saw them, I love the low tortoise heel and square toe. So sixties. My disco hair and the sequins definitely feel like a later era.

Happy Easter! These photos are from a few weeks back and somehow I am only getting around to posting them now. I am still editing all the pictures from Marfa last week. This weekend I am in Tulsa, Oklahoma visiting family. It is one of my favorite secret shopping cities. Always find amazing vintage here, I have to show you as soon as possible! I got a crazy fur cone hat and a sheer pink fifties dress that are to die for. Enjoy your weekend!
