Firenze4Ever

I had the most wonderful time in Florence, Italy at Luisaviaroma’s Firenze4Ever event. The store is home to the most jaw-droppingly incredible selection of luxury fashion, including the best of Dolce & Gabbana! If you know me, you know I have a major thing for all things Dolce. For my Style Lab series, I had to try this dress. What a dream!!

Wearing a Dolce & Gabbana dress with a Thale Blanc clutch and Manolo Blahnik heels.

Ever since I discovered Katharine Page on Instagram, I have been dying for a pair of her sandals. Her equestrian designs are inspired by her years as a hunter jumper rider. I love the white top stitching and simple thong designs. I also should mention how wonderful these sandals feel on the foot-the footbeds are padded and shaped to mould to your feet. Katharine Page sandals are the best I’ve ever had!

Wearing vintage cut-offs (similar here) with a Cheap Monday top and my beloved Lotuff leather tote.

Shoescribe.com and theCorner.com asked me to choose some of my favorite pieces for summer, and looking through the website, I fell hard for this head to toe Ann Demeulemeester look!  I’ve always been an Ann Demeulemeester fan girl. This dress is seemingly so simple, but is has a small of amount of draping on the side giving it just the right amount of shape at the waist.  It was love at first site, this piece will be in heavy rotation this summer.  Paired with the Ann Demeulemeester sandals, I think I could wear this look just about anywhere.

On my wishlist: a classic black bikini for summer days by the pool. So many cute options to choose from, and cover-ups too. But first this rain has to go away. I wish it would hurry up, its almost the weekend!

Been living in this white shift dress by Three Dots! It’s exactly what summer calls for. Perfect with minimal gold sandals-these sandals are by Giuseppe Zanotti. I even got a (spray) tan to go with it.

I was so honored to shoot this heavenly one of a kind dress by textile artist and designer Elizabeth Anyaa. It’s membrane-like quality reminds me of beautiful jellyfish and sea anemone, I felt like a mermaid washed ashore in it. This dress was made without a pattern, using Elizabeth’s trademark fusion of felting and weaving. I have more shots of some of her latest creations to share with you. I just get so excited about everything she does, a visit to her studio is always awe-inspiring.
