JUNYA F/W 2006

FashionOutfits
May 4, 201715 Comments

I got these Junya Watanabe pants at the last A Current Affair in LA. I was over the moon to find them as they are from the Fall 2006 collection which is just one of my favorite collections of all time! I am very lucky to own several pieces from this collection by now. I put them on the morning after the Met ball…I was a little disappointed to see so few invitees go all in on the Kawakubo theme! I will say that Caroline Kennedy, Solange, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Michelle Lamy looked totally amazing. I’m glad some people went for it!

Wearing Junya Watanabe fall 2006 pants with Junya Watanabe studded brogues, a cropped sweatshirt from Urban Outfitters, and vintage chandelier earrings.

Such a cool look. It kind of reminds me of Mad Max a bit.

Love the outfit. Those pants are awesome and love the shoes. I wished more people really embraced the theme like they did in previous years.
