This 80s Albert Nipon dress is a recent vintage find I am hugely excited about. I’m very interested in 80s doing 50s right now, there are so many great prints and silhouettes in that vein (and a lot of bad ones too!) The voile fabric of this dress is something to behold up close. This shoot was the first time I have ever worn the dress. I think for everyday wear I wouldn’t take the 50s look quite so literally, but it was fun to really go for it with this shoot!

I am so into slouchy 80s jumpsuits lately, I’m trying to round up a few to have in my closet. This has been a favorite outfit of mine lately, I wear different sash belts and bangles every time.  I like to pair them with sky-high sexy sandals. The braid detail on these Stuart Weitzman heels is so pretty!

Voluminous 80s silhouettes in warm colors have been my inspiration all summer long, inspired by sporty sun-drenched Gilles Bensimon editorials from the late 80s. This vintage dirndl skirt is exactly the piece my wardrobe was missing. I love the heft and swinging movement in it. Perfectly paired with these Stuart Weitzman lace up skimmer flats!

I’m addicted to piling on bangles with every outfit I wear lately. I especially love mixing wooden bangles with bakelite or brass! The clattering noise of bangles is music to my ears. Perfect with a sash belt and studded sandals.

Denim on denim looks always appeal to my tomboy side. I always like the contrast of cuffed boyfriend jeans and studded strappy heels! Perfect weekend wear for this holiday weekend, we are prepping for a picnic tonight. Happy Fourth of July to my stateside readers, hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weekend!
